We have a 7-day return policy.

Please note that we may request photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise before sending the items back. We may also provide troubleshooting steps to help speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.
Other Instructions: Some products on limited-time sale do not support returns or exchanges for non-quality issues. Please refer to the product details page for specifics. For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, a warehouse handling fee may be charged to cope with the current USPS overload caused by the UPS strike.
If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

1. What should I do if I want to cancel an order I just placed?

Within two hours, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been refunded. 2. What should I do if I have received my order but want to return it?

You have 14 days to return your order and request a refund if there’s an issue. There are no extra requirements; simply fill out the return form below or send your information via email. We will respond within 12 hours.
3. When will I receive my refund after getting the refund confirmation email?

Many customers are disappointed to find that return shipping costs are too high. Therefore, on July 1, 2021, we introduced a new policy where all customers who wish to return or exchange an item will receive a prepaid return mailer, allowing you to return your order for free. Simply wait for the return mailer to arrive and ship the item back after emailing us to request a return or exchange. We’ll handle your refund or send a replacement once we receive your email. 5. What should I do if I want to exchange my order?
We understand that you may change your mind. We offer a 30-day, no-fee exchange policy for your order. If you’d like to exchange your order for another item of the same price on our website, please email us. Once your exchange request is approved, we will send a prepaid return mailer to your order address. After we receive your returned item, we will send your replacement right away.
